What was the first championship to be won in the ECW Arena?

Answer: Ironman Tommy Cairo won a battle royale to become the NWA Pennsylvania champion on the first night (of the two consecutive nights) at the ECW Arena. The date was May 14, 1993. The next night, May 15, The Super Destroyers defeated Johnny Hot Body and Chris Candido (replacing Rick Michaels) to regain the Eastern Championship Wrestling tag team championship. Later that night Hotbody and Michaels (the Suicide Blondes) defeated The Super Destroyers (with Hunter Q. Robbins III) to regain the belts.

Cairo defeated the following wrestlers in that battle royale: Glen Osbourne, JT Smith, Salvatore Bellomo, Herve Renesto, Larry Winters, Sir Christopher Candido, Sir Jonathan Hot Body, The Canadian Wolfman, Tony Stetson, Max Thrasher, Rockin’ Rebel, Super Destroyer #1, Super Destroyer #2, The Samoan Warrior, and The Sandman
