H.C. Loc refereed the opening match between Da Blue Boy (aka Blue Meanie, along with Jasmin) and Chilly Willy. The match was short-lived as Rhino ran in and either “gored” or piledrove everyone. The event took place at the ECW Arena (Philadelphia, PA) on December 23, 2000.
