Answer: Salvatore Bellomo, who was managed by the Cosmic Commander. Von Erich was managed by Woman (Nancy Sullivan).
The match took place at the January 23, 1993 “Battle of the Belts” card which also had WWA wrestlers; and the show was held at the Radisson in Philadelphia.
