In this video uploaded earlier this week to the Shane Douglas Official channel on YouTube, Shane discusses being the face of ECW for a time:
Early in the video he discusses how he made minor tweaks and changes to what he was directed by Paul Heyman in order to make it make sense and believable. He also discusses the pressure of being a leader for the promotion especially to the younger athletes at the time. The pressure goes into the “how can I help these wrestlers pay their rents and feed their families” mentality.
He covers a lot more in this video, and he complements those who worked for the company behind the scenes such as Buh Buh Ray Dudley, Mikey Whipwreck, Tommy Dreamer, Taz, Stevie Richards and others.
