It preceded and then ran concurrently with this website (ECWwrestling.com) during the second half of ECW’s tenure.

Hello and welcome to ECWNEWS.com, the now premiere source for ECW News and Views on the Internet.  I, BJ Leiby, would like to formerly welcome you to this site and hope this will be your first of many visits here to get all of the latest on ECW.

More then 2 years ago, on basically a whim, I started the ECW Newsletter with the sole purpose of creating a place where ECW fans could get anything and everything that they wanted to know about ECW in on place.  No need for searching countless websites and reading pages of newsletters, the ECW Newsletter made it possible for fans to catch up on news, read the TV report, see what happened at last weeks house shows, find out when ECW was coming to their area, get the dates for the next Arena show, check out the official word from our columnists, and stop by some of the wrestlers websites all in one stop.  It was a huge success and the ECW Newsletter soared to heights that I never could have anticipated.

No waiting for issues to come out, no more having to wade through information you. re not interested in seeing that day, just click and you. re there.
No muss, no fuss, its a beautiful thing.

           As is the case with every good website, we want to make it as friendly for you, the fans out there reading this and welcome any input you might have to make this one of the best sites out there and your one stop spot for ECW News ( well other than ECWWrestling.com)

            I. d like to thank the tireless efforts of my co-horts on the newsletter, Todd Daigler and BJ Leiby in getting this thing together plus everyone else out there who offered input. Big thanks to Chris Powell who. s pics from the ECW Arena will be gracing our multimedia area. Major props to David FJ and his site for helping us tie up a few loose
ends with some aspects of the . dot com. .

           Finally and most importantly, I would like to dedicate this site to the King of Harts, Owen Hart and all of the superstars taken from us all too soon. God must have one hell of a pay per view going on up with Owen, Brian Pillman, Rick Rude, Louie Spicolli among too too many others and my mom watching it all in the front row.
