In recent months there have been several YouTube videos about wrestlers who appeared in ECW just one time or only a short number of times. Here are some of those videos:
However, there doesn’t appear to be a solid list of women who appeared on camera in ECW in any capacity: as a wrestler or in a promo, vignette, run-in, etc.

This is just a starting list of women who appeared in ECW (from Eastern in 1992 to Extreme ending in 2001) just one time or only a very small number of times:
- Divine Brown
- Madusa (appeared on ECW Hardcore TV once in 1993 but never in a match)
- Malia Hosaka
- Molly McShane
- Rachel Rockets (appeared in 1999 in a vignette with Cyrus)
- Reggie Bennett (although she also appeared at the Terry Funk Banquet the night before the Barely Legal PPV in April 1997)
- Spike Dudley’s girlfriend
- Vivacious Veronica
- (two unnamed women in a promo for The Pitbulls, one later confirmed by Gary Wolf to be his ex-wife)
Note that while Tigra, Woman, Angel, and Peaches only had a handful of matches each in ECW, they appeared several more times as valets/managers while in ECW. Also note that the Olsen Twins appeared with ECW stars at the E3 event in California in 2000 (confirmation here), but they didn’t appear any other time on camera in ECW.
