Eastern Championship Wrestling’s first card was in February 1992; and it started shortly after the folding of The Tri-State Wrestling Alliance. TWA ran shows in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and mainly in Philadelphia from 1989 through late 1991.

Three future ECW heavyweight champions wrestled on TWA’s first two shows. Who were they?

Answer: Bam Bam Bigelow and Don Muraco wrestled on TWA’s first show in Newark, Delaware (April 16, 1989). Bigelow appeared on the second show (January 27, 1990 at McGonigle Hall in Philadelphia) as well as future ECW champion Johnny Hotbody.
