Answer:

2 Cold Scorpio (his first reign he won and lost the title on the same night), Mikey Whipwreck (his second reign was 7 days), Dean Malenko (his second reign was 7 days), and Taz (as “The Tazmaniac” who won and lost the title on the same night – but aired on television across two separate weeks).

Answer:

Eastern Championship Wrestling’s 1993 Super Summer Sizzler Spectacular (June 19, 1993). He became the sole commentator for ECW Hardcore TV later in September 1993 for the Ultraclash card.
